The development of our company Weber Bürstensysteme is closely linked to modern road construction and to the first road sweepers. This was 130 years ago. Outdoor and indoor cleaning: Systems for any application
Today we are one of the leading manufacturers of technical and industrial brushes. From road cleaning and pavement cleaning to landscaping, concrete block manufacturing and livestock care – we are a medium-size family-owned company offering a broad range of circular brushes, sweeping rollers, and brush rings as well as special solutions covering all requirements of our industrial, municipal, and agricultural customers.
Excellent raw materials and basic materials
Excellent raw and basic materials are the basis for the quality and performance of our brushes. We therefore cooperate exclusively with certified suppliers. While this is compulsory for us, we even go one step further by identifying the ideal recipe and preparation. For each individual application, we precisely adapt the selection, the combination, and the processing of materials to the relevant requirements. A quality management system and stringent quality checks are applied to ensure a constantly high quality standard of our systems.
Highlights for floor cleaning
In the 1990s we have started to transfer our experience to industrial and floor cleaning. Today Weber offers a complete range of professional floor cleaning equipment, including special scrubbing brushes, circular brushes and sweeping rollers, premium-quality spares and accessories for cleaning machines and equipment. It goes without saying that the same quality standards are applied to our outdoor brushes, too.
Production and technology – brushes in best shape
All important steps of production are in the same hand, and this is our own hand. This allows us to ensure a constantly high quality level. Using our plants in Bad Camberg, Selters, Schmölln and Plettenberg, we develop and produce technical and industrial brushes that meet various requirements and achieve OEM quality. We focus on vertical integration. From extrusion systems to the production of brush bodies, tamping machines for sweeping rollers and circular brushes to brush ring production facilities, we combine all important steps of production under one roof. Premium-quality raw materials are additional guarantors for the quality and performance of our brushes. We therefore cooperate exclusively with certified suppliers, and we are processing nothing but homogeneous materials. A quality management system and stringent quality checks are applied to ensure the high standards of out systems.
Focus on demand!
Our customers benefit from the vertical integration and from our well-coordinated supply chains. All components (except for plastic bristles) are manufactured in Germany. We have established a trustful cooperation with our suppliers over the past decades. Even in peak times, all our wheels are perfectly synchronized, allowing us to produce flexibly and to meet customer demand even on short notice.
